ANSWERS

A1. This is because you do not have java installed in you browser, you need to download firefox or google chrome in order for this to work.

A2. This happens after a long period of inactivity, in the room. You will need to log in once again if this happens.

A3. You will need to go to options, in top left hand corner of chat window and select windows background colour, then pick a colour of your own choice.

A4. Click on multi-coloured button at bottom of chatroom and select own colour of writing.

A5. You will notice at the botton a sign that says sign the guestbook. Click on this and follow the simple instuctions.
